Good to know
What if my shop can't be scanned?
We check that our software can load your shop before you pay. If a report still can't be generated, you get a refund. If only the AI-written sections can't be generated, you get the report without them and a partial refund.
Who handles payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, runs the checkout and sends your receipt. Prices are in US dollars.
What does "AI-generated" mean?
Reports are generated automatically by software. Sections marked "AI-generated" are written by an AI model from your results, so review them before acting on them.
Do you test my checkout?
Shopify Checkout is run by Shopify, so we test everything up to the cart. Nothing is ever added to your cart.
How does the retest work?
After you make fixes, start your one automated retest from the link in your report email, within 60 days. The software emails you a dated before-and-after report.
How much does automated testing cover?
Automated tests find only a portion of accessibility issues. Each report lists which WCAG 2.2 AA criteria were tested and which were not.
Is this legal advice?
